Citizenship and social membership

Who would count as a member of a society distributing the gains from AI? How might citizenship, residence, contribution, or universal human claims shape inclusion?

This is a political and ethical question, separate from the current legal rules of any particular country. The country that builds AI may not share its wealth connects membership to Redistribution and Institutional resilience.
